Our planet needs us.
We’re on a mission to #UNLITTER the Earth, but we can’t do it without you.
Every year, the world produces over 2 billion tons of waste. In the United States alone, there is an estimated 50 billion pieces of trash littering our road and waterways. That’s 2,000 pieces of garbage per mile.
In 2023 there was over 11 million tons of plastic dumped into oceans around the world. That’s one garbage truck of plastic per minute. If this continues, there is estimated to be more plastic than fish living in our waters by the year 2050.
This is unacceptable. We have to make a change.
We the people have the power to make changes in our lives and our communities that will tumbleweed into positive changes worldwide. This is the goal of #UNLITTER: to encourage people to clean up daily routines, habits, and mindsets and to activate a global movement of change.
